Yoga is for everybody and everyone is welcome in any of my classes regardless of previous experience. There is an emphasis on working at your own edge and practicing yoga in your own body. Yoga teaches us how to be present in everything we do, every day of our lives. I look forward to practicing yoga with you. –Anne Hungerford

“Thank you so much for class the other night. I think your classes are very good, a good pace, a good vibe, your steady voice, and continual uninterrupted concentration are really good. I like the pace because I can really get into each pose, which is not always so easy when things go more quickly.”
“How exciting, Anne, that you’re connecting to the wider world with your sense of spirit. Keep me posted on how it’s going.”
Have found several different classes here in Keene, but miss your unique, yogic presence! It’s interesting to take from different teachers, but it points up all the aspects of your class I miss: firm but easy guidance, the all important seemingly effortless flow, the connectedness of it all. Ah… is right.”
“Anne is a fantastic teacher: empathetic, clear, with just the right amount of support and attention for a beginner without making him or her feel self-conscious. I’m a total beginner and she’s made me feel completely welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of in her class. I can imagine working with her for many years to come and having yoga slowly become a more important part of my life. I’m looking forward to that.” – Richard
“Mindful, instructive, re-mindful, and just plain wonderful. Anne, I’m so grateful for the way you see the world from a strong place within and inspire me to do the same. The website is really becoming a resource! Congratulations to all involved. Namast.” – Michele
